Marijuana retailers are required to file tax returns on a quarterly basis. The quarterly returns are due on or before the last day of January, April, July and October of each year for the previous calendar quarter. Using the previous It’s Easy Being Green example, a quarterly return for the months of April, May and June must be filed by July 31st.
